Create a penny auction site for homes
I should build a penny auction site for auctioning off new homes or foreclosed homes or maybe to help home owners in trouble that need to sell their homes. Its a win win the home owner makes out like a bandit and some lucky bidder gets a home for an awesome price.
JavaScript ecommerce
How about a someone creates a simple JavaScript ecommerce library. It would inspect the page Dom and look for common shopping markup (div class names, Id’s, etc) then it would inject needed bits and wire the site up for google wallet or PayPal check out.
This would make it where people could publish blog pages to sell items, or any light hosting solution for that matter. Making ecommerce simple and zero coding.
This library may already exist, I have not really researched it must yet.
Reusable beer labels for home brewers
So while buying some 1l bottles yesterday for 4.29 a pop I was thinking about bottle reuse. Someone should make card sleeves and would adhere to the bottles. Then when you brew you cold print out the label for that batch then slip it in the sleeve that would be adhered to the bottle in the typical label position. On bottle return you slip out any existing label, wash, and refill and put in a new label for the batch being bottled.
If not an adhesive sleeve how about a bio degradable shrink sleeve. Put the label in place, slip on sleeve, heat shrink, done. On return remove the sleeve and dispose of it.

Audio construction level
Here is an idea for a new construction tool that I will never get around to building and marketing.
This may all ready exist but I want a level I can set on the top of a shelve. Then when I am leveling the shelve I want it to tell me how off I am via audio tones.
Sometimes I dont have the ability to look at the level visually based on the fact that I am using my head to level the item or some other blocker. Sometimes I cant see it because the level need to be up very high.
Anyway, its another idea that I will never get to.
Smarter music shuffle
Here is a software product idea I will new get to.
Smarter music shuffle
I am thinking that given time of day, day of week, beats per minute, speed that I am traveling, my location, and my historical music listening preferences ( what I skip and not skip music wise ) I should be able to build a smarter shuffle for my music player.
If I am traveling at a running speed and bouncing around assume I am jogging. Then remember what I skip and dont skip. Then based on DAY, TIME and the assumption I am running play what I typically like to hear to get pumped up to run.
If I am not moving a lot and sitting at work play music that helps me focus.
Over time sugest items to delete because I skip them all the time. Help me keep my library space to a minimum.
Mobile Context Config
Here is a software concept that I will never get around to building.
I would like to have make my cell phone change its behavior based on where it is and whats going on.
For example I go home I want it to know I am home and have it change my ring tones accordingly, go to voice mail after 5 o’clock with no rings, connect to my WIFI, send calls from girlfriends to voicemail, etc
If I am driving on the way to work or on a known route I want it to turn on WIFI hotspot and listen for voice commands. It should also turn off the WIFI so it conserves power.
If I am riding on a bike trail I want it to switch off completely.
